Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security Managers
This awareness-level course provides a high-level understanding of the National level guidance for the security risks ICS companies operating in the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) currently face and explains what can be to reduce these risks. In addition, the course provides an understanding of the security incident management process.

All of this course material is aligned to the NCSC SICS Framework of Good Practice Guidance and has been accredited as fulfilling the requirements of the GCHQ Certified Training (GCT) scheme for the following skills to Awareness level:
A1 - Governance
A5 - Information Security Awareness and Training
B1 - Risk Assessment
B2 - Risk Management
F1 - Incident Management
This course is intended for either IT or OT manager working in CNI ICS environments. This course is also suited to individuals with a background in other disciplines such as cyber security who may require an understanding of the challenges in securing an ICS environment from both an IT and an OT perspective.
There are no prerequisites for this course and no laptop is required. A handbook and supporting material will be supplied to each attendee.
The course is divided into 2 sessions:
This course is a level 1 (Basic Knowledge) briefing and is designed to provide IT, OT and Physical Security staff with a view of the 'other side of the firewall' and what their responsibilities are in relation to securing their ICS environments.
